| Flying Duck Farm is the company through which I sell all of my murals, paintings and prints. When people hear the name, they often ask if there's a story behind it.
In the 1980's I lived in an old Farmhouse in Newton, Ks. My two sons, Mat and Aaron, were in junior high and they both took shop class, where each of them made a Flying Duck Weather Vane as one of their projects.

It was at that time I placed both Flying Ducks in prominent positions and started calling our place 'Flying Duck Farm' - it later became the name of my business. Even thought it's been quite a few years since we lived there we still have the two Flying Ducks and they are still doing their jobs as weather vanes on the backyard fence at our home in Colorado. |
